Country Pointe-Miller Place is a 110-unit condominium community located approximately 60 miles east of New York City on the north shore of Long Island. Our 2002 award winning community features the Adams and Buckingham units.
The Adams is approximately 2,450 square feet, plus a basement of 1,800 square feet. The first level features the master bedroom suite with private bath, two walk in closets, great room, second bedroom, full bath, spacious kitchen, laundry room and two car garage. There is a patio off the great room. The second floor has a third bedroom and bath, large sitting area/loft and storage room.
The Buckingham is a well designed 2,050 square foot unit, plus a basement of 1,250 square feet. It has an impressive foyer, large great room, family room, kitchen, half bath and one car garage on the first level. Access to the patio is from the kitchen. The second floor has a master bedroom suite with private bath, two additional bedrooms, a full bath and a laundry alcove.
