Surrounded by wetlands, Woodfield South Homeowners Association consists of 81 single-family homes located in Holly, Michigan. Woodfield South is a quiet, family-friendly subdivision nestled away in Northern Oakland County which neighbors the communities of Grand Blanc, Goodrich, Fenton, Groveland Township and Ortonville.
Woodfield South is only minutes away from I-75, Genesys Health Park, Captains Club at Woodfield Golf Course and Mount Holly Ski Resort, with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.
Woodfield South is located in the Holly School District. The Schools of Choice program allows residents to stay with Holly or gives them the choice between attending neighboring districts which include, but not limited to Grand Blanc and Goodrich Schools.
